Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care support during evening hours (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Assist with patient intake, vital signs monitoring, and preliminary assessments
- Prepare examination rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with healthcare team
- Administer basic treatments under provider supervision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience or relevant training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Valid Maryland driver's license preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
