Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via chat and email during evening hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
