Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening hours
- Prepare and serve food/drink orders with accuracy and speed
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas and service stations
- Process payments and manage POS transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday (evening shifts 5 PM - 11 PM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must be 18+ (alcohol service if applicable)
- Valid work authorization required
