Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours with a warm and professional demeanor
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments following health standards
- Stock and prepare service areas for peak evening operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Complete end-of-day reconciliation and reporting duties
Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
