Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the evening shift.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling cash.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in processing incoming shipments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Perform end-of-shift closing duties, including cash counts and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
