Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Process orders accurately through our POS system while maintaining table flow
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials to enhance guest experience
- Maintain pristine station cleanliness throughout shift
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff for seamless service
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Availability for 3-4 evening shifts weekly (Monday-Thursday preferred)
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings and allergy protocols
- Massachusetts Food Handler/ServSafe certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable transportation to Tremont Street location
- Positive attitude during high-pressure dinner rushes
