Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Prepare dining areas and maintain cleanliness throughout shift
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Must be available at least 3 evenings per week (including weekends)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Team-oriented attitude with reliability and punctuality
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
