Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service during evening hours (4-10 PM)
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and restrooms

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Must be 21+ years old (alcohol service requirement)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours continuously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Nevada alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service
- Reliable transportation for evening shifts
