Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for 20+ guests per shift
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Prepare and present food/beverages with meticulous presentation
- Manage 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak hours
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain clean dining stations and restock supplies
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Must be available 3+ evenings weekly (Sun-Thu)
- Valid Florida Food Handler's Certificate (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude under pressure during rushes
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to downtown Tampa
