Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage guest orders with precision and attention to detail
- Upsell specialty dishes and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and assist with opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and cash handling
- Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Oklahoma State ID for employment verification
