Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and guest preference
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Process orders and payments accurately using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Passion for hospitality and local seafood cuisine
- Valid Massachusetts food handler permit
