Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and provide attentive service to guests during evening hours
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for efficient service
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations
- Handle cash/credit transactions and reconcile payments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year serving experience preferred
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends required)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- TAMs certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods

- Must be 18+ years old
- Nashville residency preferred
