Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy and timing
- Process payments and handle POS transactions with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards per health regulations
- Upsell specialty dishes and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's card
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
