Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Process orders accurately using our digital POS system
- Prepare and serve beverages, appetizers, and main courses
- Maintain clean dining areas and sanitized workstations
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Available to work evenings and weekends consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food safety certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Team-oriented attitude and reliability
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid Maryland Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
