Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm Southern hospitality
- Expertly manage 4-5 tables during peak evening hours
- Process payments accurately and efficiently via POS system
- Collaborate with bar staff and kitchen for seamless operations
- Maintain immaculate station cleanliness and ambiance
- Upsell signature cocktails and local specialties
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic food safety knowledge (ServSafe certification a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Positive attitude and passion for New Orleans culture
- Valid Louisiana alcohol service permit
- Reliable transportation to French Quarter location
