Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-energy restaurant setting
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years of age (alcohol service required)
- Current student enrollment preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
