Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient table service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Accurately process orders and payments using our digital POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless food delivery
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and restock stations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local Memphis flair
- Upsell specialty cocktails and signature dishes
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Available for flexible evening shifts (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
