Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Ensure dining areas remain immaculate and sanitized per health standards
- Manage multiple tables during peak evening rushes with composure
- Assist in opening/closing duties including restocking and prep work
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly to maintain 5-star reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
