- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to health/safety protocols and liquor service regulations
- Support opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be 21+ years old (alcohol service)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid DC food handler certification preferred
