Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, food/drink delivery, and bill processing
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless order execution
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in end-of-shift cleaning and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred (students welcome)
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM, weekends required)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
