Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Provide a warm, welcoming welcome to all customers entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system, handling cash, credit, and various payment methods.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting regular inventory counts to maintain visual appeal.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean, organized, and stocked at all times to meet company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends, including holidays.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
