Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to all customers in a professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring displays are appealing and organized.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the shift.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is low.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Basic computer literacy.
