Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product assistance to evening/weekend shoppers
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness during evening shifts
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance store appearance
Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings (5 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (flexible scheduling)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
