Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them with finding products to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to maximize conversion rates.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the floor manager to implement visual merchandising displays.
- Assist in opening or closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville location.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
