Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Assist with merchandise restocking, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and maintain balanced cash drawers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store cleanliness and operational readiness
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
