Responsibilities
- Assist patients with intake procedures and documentation
- Prepare examination rooms and medical supplies
- Perform basic vital sign checks and screenings
- Coordinate patient flow between providers and departments
- Maintain clean and sanitized clinical environments
- Assist with specimen collection and basic lab procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse patient populations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous healthcare experience preferred (CNA, MA, EMT)
- Availability for evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and electronic health record experience
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
