Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support including vital sign monitoring and appointment preparation
- Assist with medical documentation using our advanced EHR system
- Coordinate evening patient flow and triage urgent requests
- Maintain sterile examination environments and inventory management
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless continuity of care
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and secure messaging
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- 1+ years healthcare or customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work 3-4 evening shifts weekly
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
