Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to real-time operational alerts and communication channels efficiently.
- Perform accurate data entry and record management for daily operations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all assigned tasks to ensure strict compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently during the night cycle.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Assist in training new hires on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and transportation.
- Previous experience in a customer service or operations role is a plus.
