Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving, sorting, and packing of merchandise.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently during night hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and reliably during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
