Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest service during evening/night operations

- Execute opening/closing procedures per company protocols
- Monitor inventory and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- 18+ years of age with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours continuously
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- TAMS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Positive attitude under pressure situations
