Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors during evening hours.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor facility security and ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests.
- Process invoices, receipts, and daily transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and targets.
- Handle inquiries via phone and email with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Perform light cleaning and organization of the workspace as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
