Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming customer inquiries and orders during evening hours.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- Update customer databases accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of information.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Monitor system performance and report technical anomalies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service or support experience is a plus.
