Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, professional information.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Assist in the daily operations of the night shift workflow to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems for easy access and audit.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and resolve complaints.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed during shifts.
- Meet daily performance targets and KPIs set by management.
Qualifications
