Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries professionally during evening hours.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and process transactions with high accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Handle cash handling and banking duties with strict financial integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional service to evening clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a self-starter.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
