Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional support to clients and customers during evening hours via phone and email.
- Order Processing: Accurately handle and process customer orders, verifying details and preparing documentation.
- Inventory Management: Conduct nightly inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain digital records with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Shift Coordination: Collaborate with morning shift staff to ensure a seamless handover of responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is necessary for commuting to and from the facility.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and strong typing skills are essential.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
