Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels efficiently during night operations.
- Ensure all products meet quality control standards before dispatch.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform accurate data entry and generate nightly reports.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
