Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor and stock areas are organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with patience and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the evening team to meet daily sales and operational targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a cash register.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
