Responsibilities
- Prepare, pack, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Sort and organize inventory within the warehouse according to established safety and quality standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on packages to minimize shipping errors and returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the facility.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during designated shift times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory levels or operational issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and labeling systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
