Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in a high-energy bar/restaurant setting
- Prepare and serve premium beverages and food menu items
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rush periods
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all UK licensing and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Available for evening shifts (minimum 3 days per week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
