Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and billing inquiries
- Prepare and maintain clean, welcoming public areas
- Assist with event setup and guest coordination
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to Miami location
- Must be able to start within 3 days
