Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest experiences during weekend evening shifts (Fri-Sun, 4 PM-10 PM)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional communication
- Operate reservation systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability for weekend evenings (Fri-Sun 4 PM-10 PM)
