Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening hours
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins and reservations
- Assist with light housekeeping and facility maintenance
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with night shift team for seamless operations
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards per company policy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 PM)
