Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized welcome experiences to all guests
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out processes using our digital systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations handover
- Process payments and accurately manage cash handling procedures
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through clear communication
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4-8 PM to midnight)
