Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage guest inquiries efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and service stations

- Handle basic cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately

Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 12 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; students currently enrolled welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
