Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain sterile treatment environments and inventory management
- Respond to emergency situations per hospital protocols
- Deliver compassionate care to diverse patient populations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (training provided)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Strong written communication skills for medical documentation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
