Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces including tables, chairs, and decor
- Manage guest check-ins and provide venue information
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout event duration
- Assist with food/beverage service during private functions
- Collaborate with team to troubleshoot guest requests
- Document inventory and equipment before/after shifts
- Represent the brand with professional appearance and attitude
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to French Quarter locations
- 18+ years of age
- Flexible schedule availability
