Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, account setup, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of service.
- Meet and exceed daily performance and quality metrics.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while managing high call volumes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
