Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently using our CRM platform
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications with precision
- Collaborate with day-team specialists to maintain seamless service continuity
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in our database
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in evening team meetings for performance feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic CRM software
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Louisville location
- Availability for 3-4 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
