Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Resolve service issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining company standards
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with day-team staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Process transactions and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Contribute to team goals by meeting/exceeding customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or related experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution aptitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Reliable transportation and evening availability (including weekends)
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
