Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism
- Resolve billing and account issues using CRM software
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response times and resolution rates
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school or undergraduate program
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency with Windows OS
- Must be available 3-4 evenings per week (Monday-Saturday until 10 PM)
